Two bedroom, two bath condo in Indian Shores, FL. This condo is right on the beach with a community pool. The waste stack got clogged and backed up in the building, and dumped black water into this first floor condo. Once the black water was cleaned and everything sanitized, we demoed the entire condo.
Completed Condo
We removed tile flooring throughout, removed all cabinets and vanities, countertops, and drywall. The unit was down to plywood and studs. We reworked the rough plumbing to fix the clog problems and resized drains for new showers. We installed all new cabinets, countertops, tile flooring, vanities, new fixtures, new insulation and drywall, textured and paint, lighting, and fans. The entire condo is brand new and looks amazing and is now the perfect vacation spot for our clients.
