Two bedroom, one-bath house in Kenneth City had a major water leak in the kitchen. The homeowner thought this was the best opportunity to remodel and create an open floor plan. The non-load-bearing walls surrounding the kitchen were removed, as well as the flooring. We reworked the plumbing for the new bathroom and the new kitchen setup.
Completed Kitchen
An island was added with a pull out microwave draw. We moved the window hole and added a new impact glass window for the new kitchen layout. New tile was laid throughout the home, new cabinets and vanities, countertops with the waterfall feature on the kitchen island. Brand new stainless steel appliances and all new lighting. This house came out so sleek and sophisticated. The homeowner was amazed and very happy with the finished product.
